North Bay Derby is excited to announce our 2nd Annual, Lip Sync Battle (and Dance Party) ! Join us for a night of fun, music, and dancing as our charismatic performers lip sync for the title of Lip Sync Champion.
Participants (including, but not limited to the best roller derby players around) will perform to a song of their choosing and you, the audience, will get to vote on best performer of the night. Following the presentation of the nights Lip Sync Champion, stick around for a night of fun and dancing with the best roller derby team around!

A little about the event: This is a double header (meaning there will be two flat track roller derby games taking place throughout the day) with skaters/officials/participants from across the Bay Area and North Bay, respectively. This is an all ages event hosted inside the Grace Pavilion, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds -- floor is painted concrete. Doors will open at 02:00PM and the event is expected to end around 07:00PM, followed by an after party location TBD.
Doors open to the public at 02:00PM | Vendor access/set-up granted at 12:00PM (noon)
The Vendor Market: Vendors will set up on the North side of the pavilion, between the entrance and the VIP/Track-Side seating, easily accessible to event attendees throughout the event. Vendors will be granted access to the space for set-up at 12:00PM (noon). Each vendor will be designated approximately 10’x10' for set-up, and a 8’x2.5' rectangle table and chairs (upon request). We are happy to make accommodations if you require additional time to set-up or square footage – just let us know ! Note: Canopies/Overhead Tents are prohibited in the venue.

This is an all ages event hosted inside the Grace Pavillion, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds -- floor is painted concrete. Doors will open at 02:00PM and the event is expected to end around 07:00PM, followed by an after party at Shady Oak Barrel House.
The Vendor Market: Vendors will set up on the North side of the pavilion, between the entrance and the VIP/Track-Side seating, easily accessible to event attendees throughout the event. Vendors will be granted access to the space for set-up at 12:00PM (noon). Each vendor will be designated approximately 8’x8’ for set-up, and a 6’x2.5’ rectangle table and chairs (upon request). Reminder: Booth spaces are NOT equipped with Electricity/Power Outlets. If you require Wifi/Internet, access will require an additional $30 PER log-in/device. We are happy to make accommodations if you require additional time to set-up or square footage – just let us know !

Payment for booth space is required PRIOR to the start of the event, unless otherwise discussed. Payment can be made via Venmo (@NBD_Payments) or via Check (payable to "North Bay Derby"). If paying via Venmo, please specify "Vendor Payment for" and your business name, for example: “ Vendor Payment For: Rose Apothecary ". If paying via check, please note "Vendor Payment for" and your business name in the Memo line, for example: " Vendor Payment For: Rose Apothecary "
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booth reservation anytime, via e-mail. To receive a full refund of payment, Vendors must cancel on or before May 25, 2025. Vendors who cancel between May 26, 2025 and June 01, 2025 are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Vendors who cancel on/after June 02, 2025 and before June 14, 2025 (date of event) will forfeit 100% of payment and will not be refunded any amount. Regardless of the calendar date, Vendors who cancel their booth reservation within 48 hours of application/payment will receive 100% refund of payment.
