WHO’S GONNA BE THERE?
A little bit about the event: This is a roller derby Double Header bout day (meaning there will be two flat track roller derby games taking place throughout the day) with teams from Floodwater Roller Derby, Spawn of Skatin, and North Bay Derby (host team). This is an all ages event hosted inside the Grace Pavillion, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds -- floor is painted concrete. Doors will open at 12:30PM and the event is expected to end around 05:30PM.
The Vendor Market: Vendors will set up on the North side of the pavilion, between the entrance and the VIP/Track-Side seating, easily accessible to event attendees throughout the event. Vendors will be granted access to the space for set-up at 11:00AM. Each vendor will be designated approximately 10’x10’ for set-up, and a 8’x3’’ rectangle table and chairs (upon request). Reminder: Booth spaces are NOT equipped with Electricity/Power Outlets. If you require Wifi/Internet, access will require an additional $30 PER log-in/device. We’re happy to make accommodations if you require additional space or time to set-up.
Early Registration (September 29 - October 13, 2026) | General Registration (October 14- November 12, 2026)
Payment for booth space is required PRIOR to the start of the event, unless otherwise discussed. Payment can be made via Venmo (@NBD_Payments) or via Check (payable to "North Bay Derby"). If paying via Venmo, please specify "Vendor Payment for" and your business name, for example: “ Vendor Payment For: Rose Apothecary ". If paying via check, please note "Vendor Payment for" and your business name in the Memo line, for example: " Vendor Payment For: Rose Apothecary "
Refund/Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booth reservation anytime, via e-mail. To receive a full refund of payment, Vendors must cancel on or before October 17, 2026. Vendors who cancel between October 18, 2026 and October 24, 2026 are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Vendors who cancel on/or after October 25, 2026 and before November 14, 2026 (date of event) will forfeit 100% of payment and will not be refunded any amount. Regardless of the calendar date, Vendors who cancel their booth reservation within 48 hours of application/payment will receive 100% refund of payment.
