Who’s Gonna Be There?
A little bit about the event: This is a double header (meaning there will be two flat track roller derby games taking place throughout the day) with teams from the Bay Area, Monterey Bay, Angels Camp, and North Bay Derby (host team). This is an all ages event hosted inside the Grace Pavillion, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds -- floor is painted concrete. Doors will open at 02:00PM and the event is expected to end around 07:00PM, followed by an after party at Shady Oak Barrel House.
The Vendor Market: Vendors will set up on the North side of the pavilion, between the entrance and the VIP/Track-Side seating, easily accessible to event attendees throughout the event. Vendors will be granted access to the space for set-up at 12:00PM (noon). Each vendor will be designated approximately 8’x8’ for set-up, and a 6’x2.5’ rectangle table and chairs (upon request). Reminder: Booth spaces are NOT equipped with Electricity/Power Outlets. If you require Wifi/Internet, access will require an additional $30 PER log-in/device. We are happy to make accommodations if you require additional time to set-up or square footage – just let us know !
Early Registration (April 17 - May 17, 2025) | General Registration (May 18 - June 11, 2025)
Payment for booth space is required PRIOR to the start of the event, unless otherwise discussed. Payment can be made via Venmo (@NBD_Payments) or via Check (payable to "North Bay Derby"). If paying via Venmo, please specify "Vendor Payment for" and your business name, for example: “ Vendor Payment For: Rose Apothecary ". If paying via check, please note "Vendor Payment for" and your business name in the Memo line, for example: " Vendor Payment For: Rose Apothecary "
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booth reservation anytime, via e-mail. To receive a full refund of payment, Vendors must cancel on or before May 25, 2025. Vendors who cancel between May 26, 2025 and June 01, 2025 are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Vendors who cancel on/after June 02, 2025 and before June 14, 2025 (date of event) will forfeit 100% of payment and will not be refunded any amount. Regardless of the calendar date, Vendors who cancel their booth reservation within 48 hours of application/payment will receive 100% refund of payment.
